About Us
A-1 Signs, Inc. is located in Dickson, Tennessee and has 40 full-time employees,
two subcontractors, and three outside sales people. We have recently hired on a
second shift and employed 10 more people.
Illuminated signage is our specialty. Utilizing the latest in computer
technology, we feature LED's, neon, fluorescent, precision routing, embossed
plastic and flex faces to give our customers the very best to meet their
advertising needs.
A-1 Signs, Inc. maintains a fleet of equipment to deliver signage from coast
to coast as well as trucks to service and install signage up to 150 feet. We
also have billboards available in our area to help businesses reach customers.
Our History
Charles Hampton's A-1 Signs, Inc. was founded in 1966 by Charles Hampton.
Mr. Hampton retired in 2008 and sold the company to Mark Burns. Burns has
worked at the company since he was a teenager, first as part-time employee and
then full-time when he decided A-1 Signs was the right career choice.
